Day in the life...Part 2 and a winner!

Welcome to another iteration of "Day in the Life"...I know you may be curious to see who won my halfway point giveaway, but I will make you suffer through so pictures first.

The entrance to where I work.  The sign is a replica of our deployment patch for the unit.  It is a relatively small headquarters that I work at, but we have lovely barriers full of sand everywhere!
This is the shop where my Marines work, the S-1.  My shop is responsible for administration.  Mainly this means we are responsible for a lot of paperwork and more paperwork.  Want to meet my Marines?  Okay...
Here is Sgt F.  She is a cheeseball when the camera is on her.  The picture I didn't post was of her hiding under her desk from me because she didn't want to have her picture taken.
This is LCpl S.  He is in the process of handing out mail, another job that my shop is responsible for.  Let me tell you...mail is VERY important here.  We have been struggling with some sandstorms recently and that keeps the mail from being delivered which makes for some very unhappy Marines.  You practically have to protect my Marines from the others in the unit when mail call is cancelled!
Here is LCpl F.  He has the lucky position in the office of having our only scanner connected to his computer.  I bet you can guess what he spends a good part of his day doing, right?
MSgt M...my chief.  He keeps all of these knuckleheads in line for me.  He works in the S-1 and my office is down the hall.
Hopefully I will be able to call this Marine Sgt A. soon...but for know he is still Cpl A.  He is soft spoken, but he gets the job done and is my right hand man when it comes to awards (another responsibility of my shop is process awards for Marines...a full time job in its own right).
Finally, here is Cpl S.  You may remember him as Lance Corporal Tastetester.  There is no need for him to wear all of his gear while sitting at his desk, but I don't stop that kind of motivation!
Now we are on the way to my office.  I office is located on the command deck with two other offices.  The two other offices house the Commanding Officer and the Executive Officer.  My job is partially to be an aide of sorts for the Commanding Officer.
My official title is Adjutant.  However, in the Marine Corps that is always shortened to Adj.  I sign emails as Adj, I am called Adj by everyone in the unit.  It is just how it goes...but I don't mind it.

Finally, my office.  It isn't much but can you believe that it is about twice as big as my office back in the states?  Okay, enough of my work stuff...now on to the important stuff.  Random.org selected...

Glad you had a nice Easter - even if it was far away from "real" family!

Being a military brat, we didn't always have a chance to get together with family for Easter, but we always had fun coloring eggs. We would always try to find some of the most elaborate egg kits possible (Like ones with glitter and ones you could write on). And then, of course, there's EATING the eggs! :)

Stay safe! (Your box should be arriving soon, I hope!)

Congrats Jess!  Email me so I can get your address and t-shirt size.  Thank you to everyone who commented for the giveaway.  It was fun reading everyones traditions and memories.  Especially my sisters Bon Jovi Easter memory!  Happy Sunday!
