This is the spread from my Tupperware party I held last weekend. It was a great time and a lot of lovely ladies came to buy some Tupperware! We had a great time and since the party was at 2 pm, I had light snacks. A lot of the recipes I have posted about before. I made a double batch of
Edamole and served it with tortilla chips. A lot of the guests were dunking their veggies in it as well. Of course I made cookies...first were the
Buttermilk Cookies. These are currently, and have been for the past six months, my FAVORITE cookie. They never disappoint. I also tried out a new recipe for
Chocolate Chip Filled Melting Moments from Erin Cooks. Mine didn't turn out nearly as perfect as hers, but they were tasty.

For the "main course" I served wraps. These are so simple and easily adaptable. Mine were turkey with pepper jack and
colby jack. For veggies I used baby spinach, cucumber, tomato, and
avocado. Finally, instead of mayo or mustard, I mixed 8 ounces of cream cheese with a packet of Ranch dip mix. They were a hit and really delicious.

Finally, there was veggies and dip. This dip is my signature dip that I always make for company. It is a Creamy Peanut Dip and while it is kind of sweet, it has a bit of heat to it. Overall, it was a really fun time and I got a lot of free Tupperware!
Creamy Peanut Dip
From Pampered Chef
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 1-inch piece fresh ginger root, cut in half, pressed
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
Place cream cheese and peanut butter in small bowl; mix until smooth. Press garlic clove and ginger root using a garlic press and add to cream cheese mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
